DOMESTIC RELATIONS
The firm is very experienced in the area of family law. The services available include representation in divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, relocation, adoption and guardianship.

BUSINESS LAW
Ms. Gattis was Assistant Counsel for the Arkansas Secretary of State from 1998 until 2003. As Assistant Counsel for the Arkansas Secretary of State, Ms. Gattis was responsible for legal issues surrounding the filing of all foreign and domestsic business entities including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, all different kinds of partnerships, and many other aspects of the Business Division of the Arkansas Secretary of State.
While at the Secretary of State's Office, Ms. Gattis was also responsible for legal issues surrounding the filings under the Uniform Commercial Code, including the passing and implementation of Revised Article Nine of the Uniform Commercial Code.

APPEALS
The Firm is capable of handling Arkansas' most complicated legal issues. In 1989 and 1990, Ms. Gattis clerked for the Honorable Tom Glaze, Senior Justice on he Arkansas Supreme Court. Since then Ms. Gattis has filed appeals both in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Arkansas.

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY LAW
The Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability programs are the largest of several Federal programs that provide assistance to people with disabilities. While these two programs are different in many ways, both are administered by the Social Security Administration and only individuals who have a disability and meet medical criteria may qualify for benefits under either program. Ms. Gattis is educated in the complicated workings of the Social Security Administration.
